Approach and phases
The overall operations of the Global Institute for Rehabilitation will be managed through its USA-based main office, with its Afghanistan base located in Kabul.
The total duration of the project preliminary prosses has been planned for 5 years, divided into two operational phases.

Goals
The main goals of GIR are online education for Afghan women and girls and drug addicts
Effective treatment and education for drug addicted communities, so that the addict can recover and live a healthy and sober life? The overall goal of GIFR is a healing system to repair the damage that has already been done to the mind, body and spirit by drug addiction.
And in online teaching, we can introduce Afghan women and girls to modern education so that they can connect with the world and can get jobs in different parts of the world from the same topics taught online and earn money for themselves.

Providing effective treatment for drug addiction to help individuals recover and live healthy, sober lives.
Addressing the damages caused by narcotic drug addiction on the mind, body, spirit, and environment, aiming for a holistic recovery.

Developing and implementing treatment plans that cover both addiction and co-occurring infections such as AIDS, HIV, syphilis, and tuberculosis.
Ensuring that treatment addresses the overall well-being of individuals, including mental, physical, and spiritual health.
